Orders are delivered using DPD, DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS, Omniva, PostNord or Posti, depending on the location and logistics of the partner warehouse.
Large orders will be sent to you by courier, so please include your contact address when placing your order so that we can deliver the package to you. If you do not include a parcel machine option, but only an address, the goods will be delivered to a parcel machine within a 5km radius, or in the case of large items, by courier.
The order will reach our partners no later than the next business day, and will generally be delivered to the parcel machine or address you selected the next business day.
Delivery time is 3-8 days, depending on the location of the partner warehouse. For Estonian brands, it may be shorter.
Delivery is free for shopping carts over €69. For purchases within Estonia under €69, delivery costs €2.99 to a parcel machine and €7.99 to a courier (large or heavy items) will be added to the order price.
Once the goods have been shipped to you, you will receive a notification via email along with the package tracking code.
If you want to return the goods, you have 14 days from the date of placing the order. The condition is that the goods are unused, undamaged, and complete. According to Section 53 of the Estonian Consumer Protection Act, underwear, socks, teething rings, drinking bottles, pots, toothbrushes, and other personal items are not eligible for return. The returned goods must be in the original packaging.

The return postage is the responsibility of the returnee.
Babytrend will issue a refund for returned items no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods, provided that the returned goods meet the criteria described above.
